A7

The A7 card is part of the ISO 216 international standard paper sizes used widely outside the US. With dimensions approximately 2.83 inches wide by 4 inches high, the A7 provides a surface area of 11.3 square inches. This makes the A7 very close to the popular 3x5 inch index card size used in America. The main difference is the A7 was originally defined in metric units (74x105 mm) rather than imperial inches. The compact A7 offers ample space for short notes, flashcards, recipes and other uses where portability is key. As part of the ISO standard, the A7 can be efficiently scaled up or down to other A-size sheets. The modularity makes the A7 and other A-sizes convenient for international printing and design work. This highly versatile and portable index card size has been widely adopted for notebooks, planners, sticky notes and anywhere else short notes need to be jotted down.
