C7/C6

The C7/C6 envelope has compact dimensions of 162mm x 81mm, giving it a surface area of 13,122 mm2. The maximum enclosure size is typically around 76mm x 156mm. As the name implies, this hybrid size has a width of 81mm matching the C7 envelope but a height of 162mm matching the C6. This allows the C7/C6 to accommodate contents meant for either C7 or C6 envelopes. The shortened width compared to C6 provides a more squarish, compact shape for small mailings. Originating from ISO sizes, the C7/C6 can fit an A5 sheet folded into thirds widthwise. While not a highly common size, the C7/C6 serves well for commercial mailings of postcards, compact brochures, or letters needing more area than a C7 but less than a C6. It provides a versatile "in-between" size for slim mailings.
